Industrial Pipe Cleaning That Removes the Problem, Not Just a Path Through It

When to Clean

To restore flow. Cleaning is often the first step when a line is restricted, backing up, or not flowing as designed.

To inspect. A dirty pipe can hide the real condition of the asset. Motivo cleans the line so inspection can reveal what is actually happening inside the pipe, including corrosion, cracks, deformation, joint issues, or remaining debris.

To line. If debris, scale, grease, sediment, or loose material is left behind, the liner may bond to the debris instead of the pipe. That can cause poor adhesion, trapped voids, weak spots, wrinkles, or premature failure.

Most contractors use high pressure to blast a hole through a blockage. It may clear the line for a while, but the problem often comes back.

Motivo takes a different approach. We use controlled pressure, high flow, the right nozzle configuration, and vacuum recovery to remove the material from the pipe, not just push it farther downstream.

We work into the pipe in controlled steps. The nozzle loosens debris and shoots water backward, pulling material toward the access point. As the material comes back, our vac trucks remove it from the system. Then we step farther in and repeat the process.

More pressure is not always better. In aging industrial pipe, excessive pressure can damage the pipe. Motivo matches the pressure, flow, and tooling to the pipe condition and debris type.
